Journal Introduction: ITI is an English international academic journal jointly founded by Southwest Jiaotong University and Oxford University Press. Academician Du Yanliang, Academician Zheng Jianlong, and Academician Richard Bathurst serve as honorary editors-in-chief, while Professor Wang Ping from Southwest Jiaotong University and Professor Ni Yiqing from Hong Kong Polytechnic University serve as co-editors-in-chief. ITI aims to build a research bridge between artificial intelligence research and transportation infrastructure engineering. Topics include but are not limited to the following transportation infrastructure-related directions: green, intelligent design and construction, inspection, online monitoring, and non-destructive evaluation, maintenance and repair, resilience research, operation and maintenance decision-making and management, engineering geology, and ecological geology.

Scope of publication: Green, intelligent design and construction of transportation infrastructure; inspection, online monitoring, and non-destructive evaluation of transportation infrastructure; maintenance and repair of transportation infrastructure; resilience research of transportation infrastructure systems; operation and maintenance decision-making and management; engineering geology and ecological geology of transportation engineering.
