The World Transport Convention (WTC) serves as an esteemed international academic conference and exhibition platform collaboratively endorsed by domestic and international organizations specializing in transport science and technology. Since its inception in 2017, the convention has been successfully convened on eight occasions. It has significantly contributed to advancing global dialogue and collaboration in transport technology, earning widespread acknowledgment in China and internationally.

The World Transport Convention 2025 is scheduled for June 11 to 12 at Suzhou International Conference Hotel, having received official approval. This event is a collaborative effort organized by several esteemed organizations, including China Highway & Transportation Society, China Institute of Navigation, China Railway Society, Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China Society of Automotive Engineers, China Air Transport Association, and Jiangsu Provincial Comprehensive Transportation Society. The theme for this year is "Towards a Sustainable Comprehensive Transport." The convention will concentrate on innovations in global transport technology and is set to convene scientists, entrepreneurs, and industry experts from across the globe. Driven by the principles of innovation, integration, openness, and shared development, the event aims to promote enhanced international collaboration and exchange. The total number of participants in the meeting shall not exceed 790. Further details are outlined below:

II. Participant Categories

1. Invited Guests: This group comprises leaders from pertinent national ministries and commissions, representatives from international transport organizations, academicians from China and abroad, and distinguished experts and scholars.

2. Transport Sector Representatives: This category encompasses representatives from transport authorities of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities. Additionally, it includes delegates from enterprises and institutions in various domains such as highway, waterway, railway, aviation, and automotive transport. It further involves representatives from higher education institutions and research organizations specializing in transportation, business representatives from the transport industry, and members of transport-related societies and associations at all levels.

3. Representatives from Related Sectors: This section includes delegates from departments such as housing and urban-rural development, authorities in science and technology, trade promotion agencies, municipal administrations, and financial and investment institutions.

4. Organizational Members: This designation refers to members of the World Transport Convention's Organizing Committee, Executive Committee, Scientific Committee, and Academic Sub-Committee.

5. Authors of Scientific Papers.

6. Media Representatives.

III. Registration and Payment

Due to WTC2025's limited capacity, participation will predominantly consist of invited guests. A restricted number of open registrations will be available for individuals who successfully complete the payment process.

1. Participants may register, make payments, or link an invitation code through the official convention website or the mobile platform (please select one option).

Method 1: Please visit the official convention website and select the Chinese language interface to complete registration and payment or link an invitation code (https://www.wtc-conference.com/).

Method 2: Alternatively, scan the QR code below to access the mobile platform. Click on "Participant Registration" to register, make a payment, or link an invitation code.

2. Invited guests will receive a registration invitation code. Participants utilizing an invitation code need to complete the registration and bind the code via the official website or mobile platform. The system will automatically indicate the status as "Payment Completed." Those who have received an invitation code are kindly urged to complete registration and binding as soon as possible.

3. Self-registered participants may remit the conference fee online after completing their registration. The fee encompasses conference materials, access to all sessions, and lunch on June 12. Travel and accommodation expenses are the participant's responsibility.

The registration system officially opened on May 19, 2025. Given the limited capacity for self-registered participants, the registration portal will close automatically once this capacity is reached. Participants will be officially registered once their payment status is listed as "Payment Completed." We encourage all participants to complete the necessary steps to secure attendance promptly.

4. In accordance with the convention's security requirements, all participants must register using their legal names and present valid identification to gain entry.

5. The China Highway & Transportation Society will issue electronic invoices (general and special VAT) centrally within 15 working days following the convention. Participants who have completed their payments may log into their registration account to download and print their invoices. Please note that each invoice type and billing information can only be modified once. The modification portal will close at 24:00 on June 12, 2025. Ensuring that all details are accurate and complete before this deadline is essential.

6. As the convention date approaches and spaces are limited, please be advised that no refunds will be provided after payment has been completed. For those participants who have paid but cannot attend, a complete set of conference materials will be sent following the event for reference.

7. The official convention website readily provides information regarding hotels near the venue. Participants are encouraged to secure their accommodations in advance. The venue is conveniently situated, and attendees are responsible for arranging their transportation for check-in. For directions, kindly refer to Annex 2.
