The Regulation on Intellectual Property Rights Protection for WTC Papers is formulated for the purpose of identifying the protection of intellectual property rights for papers submitted to World Transport Convention and safeguarding the rights of the authors.   

I. China Highway & Transportation Society and WTC organizing committee shall not publish, reprint or quote the paper in electronic form, paper edition or any other forms before being authorized by the author.

II. All staff of CHTS and members of WTC scientific committee participating in submitting, reviewing and editing of WTC papers shall not publish, reprint or quote the unpublished paper in any forms.

III. Intellectual property rights related to papers which have been recommended to WTC partner journals shall be negotiated directly by the author and the journal.

The Regulation shall come into force as of September 20, 2017 .
